Houston Margaritaville Resort Launches Program for Meeting Planners

Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake Conroe in Houston has announced a new way to elevate meetings and events through its new “Serious Learning. Serious Fun. Serious Choices.” program. With dates available through the rest of 2024 and into 2025, the program invites meeting planners to tailor their experience with concessions based on the event parameters, allowing clients to maximize value as they create memorable experiences at the all-suite lakeside location.

The program offers tiered benefits across three packages: Parrot Pass, Island Essentials and Grand Getaway.

The Parrot Pass, available for groups with a $10,000 to $29,999 rooms spend, includes benefits like upgrades to the resort’s lakeside cottages, discounts at the resort’s wellness retreat, St. Somewhere Spa, boat rentals and deals at the resort’s onsite golf course.

The Island Essentials tier offers additional benefits for groups spending between $30,000 and $69,999 on rooms spend, including a complimentary guestroom for every 40 rooms booked, a coffee break enhancement and the Margaritaville Bahamas Frozen Concoction Maker.

For groups exceeding $70,000 in rooms spend, the Grand Getaway package offers perks such as complimentary daily beverage breaks, a team-building event for up to 50, and a two-hour party barge cruise for up to 35 participants. This top-tier option includes airfare credit and a Bahamas cruise for two aboard the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise.

To maximize the benefits, Margaritaville Lake Resort has set value dates in late 2024 and throughout 2025, when groups can secure exclusive room rates starting at $179 and a reduced guest amenity access fee.

The resort is located about an hour north of Houston.
