WonderWorks Panama City Beach is inviting groups to reserve its new event space for birthday parties, team-building activities and corporate parties. The indoor amusement park in Florida has also added to its lineup of over 100 interactive exhibits with a new attraction: The Playbox. It offers guests an opportunity to test their hand-eye coordination in a competitive game.
The event space and group options at WonderWorks Panama City Beach are ideal for parties, student groups, meetups, scouting groups and tour operators. Team-building options include laser tag, a scavenger hunt, the ropes course and even a full tour. The range of birthday party packages includes access to all the interactive exhibits, laser tag and ropes course, besides plenty of pizza and soda.
The banquet room offers classroom seating for 30 people, banquet seating for 50, and maximum seating for 70. Groups sizes ranging from 15 to 1,000 persons can be accommodated. The whole building can be rented for large parties, with the ability to have reception space throughout the entire attraction.
Playbox is a newly unveiled family game, challenging guests to battle zombies, score goals and beat classic carnival games. This exhibit comes on the heels of the new Grave Digger virtual reality ride that opened earlier in the summer. This attraction gives riders a chance to feel what it’s like to get behind the wheel of the Monster Truck.
WonderWorks Panama City Beach is also opening a new STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) room, offering education-focused exhibits, such as the opportunity to learn about shark anatomy and speed. They are also expanding the Physical Challenge Zone with a family-friendly Twister exhibit, offering a digital version of the popular 1960s game.
WonderWorks Panama City Beach offers several STEM-related exhibits and year-round activities for locals and visitors alike. These include demonstrations, educational field trips, science fair partnerships, homeschool days and art contests.
