Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is welcoming the summer season with the completion of the first phase of a guestroom and suite redesign, encompassing 409 of the property’s total 424 guestrooms and suites. The second phase will include the 15 specialty suites and is set to debut late fall 2023.
Said Konrad Gstrein, general manager and regional vice president: “This redesign offers a new haven to retreat and recharge in calming comfort. The spaces have been carefully planned to enhance relaxation and connectivity—perfect for couples, business travelers and families.”
Inspired by the Mojave Desert and the floor-to-ceiling views of the surrounding Las Vegas Valley, the new design textiles and finishes create a modern luxury retreat. Kara Smith of KES Studio in Los Angeles led the design, in tandem with MGM Resorts International Design and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
“Our vision was to bring the dramatic beauty and grandeur of our surroundings into the guestroom experience in a modern style,” adds Gstrein. “With subtle colors and the incorporation of earth elements, woods and metals, we are reflecting the unique beauty of our desert home, while keeping true to our dynamic city setting.”
The newly refreshed guestrooms and suites enhance the experience with natural elements set against an earth tone palette. Highlights include new artwork, lighting concepts, wall accents, floor coverings and private bar. Upholstered headboards offer reading lights and multiple power charging stations. A work area allows guests to remain productive, with the latest technology for communication and entertainment.
