Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is offering a new slate of “Bonding Breaks” for meeting guests. Designed to inspire and forge relationships, these activities, ranging from canoeing on the Mississippi to whiskey and wine tastings, can be tailored to suit the individual needs of each client.

For a bird’s eye view of St. Louis, meeting guests can alternatively enjoy a helicopter ride, taking in everything from the Gateway Arch and Mississippi River to Forest Park and the Missouri Botanical Garden. The experience includes a formal tasting of four selections, and planners can choose the wine varietals or opt for a spirits tasting of whiskey, gin or tequila. The sommelier guides guests with tasting notes and knowledge, and a food pairing also accompanies each selection. Groups can additionally learn how to make the perfect the cocktail with expert tips from a professional mixologist.
