Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has announced that Kimpton Claret Hotel has officially opened its doors to welcome guests. Anchoring the burgeoning lifestyle scene of the Belleview Station neighborhood, the 19-floor Kimpton Claret Hotel is located in South Denver.
Kimpton Claret Hotel offers 190 guestrooms including four suites featuring modern artwork and large picture windows that frame the Denver and mountain landscapes. Among the four suites are two specialty suites, one of which offers a dining area and wet bar.
The lobby features a fireplace, a sculptural steel reception desk, numerous gathering spaces and the Saverina bar. Kimpton Claret’s ground floor restaurant, Saverina, is located adjacent to the lobby and serves Italian-inspired cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Perched 19 floors above street level, Halo Rooftop Bar offers cocktails and shareable plates alongside a live music schedule and Rocky Mountain views. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor space with layouts that can accommodate parties of all sizes. The large outdoor terrace with direct bar access and numerous fire pits with lounge seating is deal for guests to relax under the night sky.
Kimpton Claret Hotel offers 10,000 square feet of meeting space that can cater to groups of up to 250, and includes two ballrooms, a boardroom, pre-function space and an outdoor terrace. Saverina provides all catering for meetings and events.
The hotel will offer signature perks including being pet friendly, “Forget It, We’ve Got It” amenities, robes, participation in the “plant pals” program, yoga mats in every room, daily social hour, and more.
Kimpton Claret Hotel is located in the heart of the fast-developing Belleview Station neighborhood along the growing Denver South Corridor, which is home to restaurants and shops and a thriving tech scene, with easy access to downtown Denver via the light rail.
