The Marriott NOLA complex consists of sister properties Sheraton New Orleans Hotel and New Orleans Marriott in NOLA’s French Quarter. Both hotels have launched a joint offer for groups who book by June for events held through the end of 2025.
The Marriott NOLA complex offers attendees access to both properties. With over 191,000 square feet of collective event space and the ability to host groups ranging from 1,000 to 3,000, these hotels combine to provide the service and space needed to host large gatherings. The properties are located a short walk from the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, NOLA’s House of Blues, Harrah’s Casino, Outlet Collection at River Walk and a range of F&B venues nearby.
Visitors can choose from six dining options between the two hotels, besides rooftop pools and a 24-hour fitness center at each property. The Sheraton Club (located on the 42nd floor at the Sheraton) offers floor-to-ceiling windows that expand the length of the lounge overlooking the river besides offering complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day. The 41st floor of the New Orleans Marriott offers views of the French Quarter and Mississippi River.
Bookings made by June 30, 2023 for meetings and events held through December 31, 2025 can receive the following perks based on group size.
Groups between 100–300 guestrooms on peak:
- 15 percent off AV
- 10 percent off Joieful Airport Shuttle
- Complimentary basic internet in guestrooms and meeting rooms
- 1/35 comp rooms
- 1/30 upgrade
- Triple Marriott Bonvoy points
- One complimentary 30-minute Beignet Break
- One-hour welcome reception, which includes beer, wine and three appetizers
Groups 300+ guestrooms on peak receive all of the above benefits plus:
- Complimentary “Basic AV Package” for breakout sessions or general session on the third day of meetings. This includes screen, projector, mic; Encore must be sole AV provider; offer does not include labor costs; subject to equipment availability within Encore’s hotel inventory)
Groups that book and actualize by December 31, 2023, receive these additional perks:
- Complimentary basic “2nd Line” package to include permits and five-piece jazz band
- 40 percent off coffee
- 20 percent off AV
- $5 rebate on all actualized guestrooms
Larger groups that are too big for one hotel can consider the French Quarter Connection partnership between the New Orleans Marriott and Sheraton for groups up to 3,000 on peak.
