The Work Suite is a flexible space for meetings that has a multi-zone design, supporting varied working styles. There is a work zone with seating arrangements that foster collaboration, a zone that promotes lounging for social connection and brainstorming, and a recharge zone with dedicated dining seating, in addition to a private outdoor patio. Alternately, as this versatile space is well-suited for a social gathering of up to 50 people, it can also be used for festive occasions, such as birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers and small wedding receptions.
The technology available in the space offers user-friendly solutions that allow attendees to stay connected. It includes dual 85-inch high-resolution screens, fully integrated cameras and audio, wireless connectivity and opportunities for digital collaboration throughout the space. White boards, magnetic boards, flip charts and traditional meeting supplies are included, as well.
Good to know: There are a variety of all-inclusive small meetings packages available that make planning and booking convenient and flexible, including the “Sonesta Essentials Package” for a half-day of usage, the “Sonesta Superior Package” for a full day of usage, with various options offered for breakfast and lunch, as well as an in-suite pantry station that is fully stocked with a selection of gourmet snacks and beverages and items curated to appeal to a variety of tastes, along with fresh coffee, teas, and other refreshments.
Finally, there are interactive elements including puzzles, brainteasers, stress relief novelties and other visual enhancements to spark conversations.
