These include tarot card readings, an Inner Peace Journaling Ritual, and Breath Work & Guided Meditation. Groups may also finish with the Massage & Mocktails workshop, where mixologists craft mocktails while massage therapists aid in melting away the stress, leaving guests feeling rejuvenated. Group Wellness Classes offered include Guided Meditation & Sound Bath Ritual, along with a range of strength and cardio classes such as Pilates or a Guided Jog Tour, and more.
Group guests can book a range of specialized treatments at the spa. These include the Waldorf Signature Massage and the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage. The spa also offers facials, such as the Diamond Glow Facial, and more. Corporate group guests may also opt for the Calming Slumber Jet Lag Recovery Treatment, which has been designed to alleviate inflammation and promote relaxation. Spa treatments designed exclusively for wedding party guests include Bespoke In-Suite Treatments that can be arranged through a Spa Attaché, who can facilitate a range of luxurious and therapeutic treatments coupled with a chilled glass of champagne.
Alternatively, guests can make use of an indoor lap pool, the latest cardiovascular and weight training equipment, and Peloton bikes at the Waldorf Astoria Spa & Health Club.
